Okay, it’s Friday.
Two days until the very first Truth Party rally.
And you know what? I think we’re ready.
We’ve handed out the flyers. We’ve put up the posters. We’ve visited businesses. We’ve talked to people face-to-face. We’ve contacted radio, television, podcasts and the press.
At some point, you have to stop preparing for the moment…
and let the moment happen.
So between now and Sunday, I’m going to do what I’ve been doing from the beginning: talk to people, make some videos, tell the story and invite everybody to come be part of this.
Because the Truth Party isn’t really about me.
And it isn’t about Republicans versus Democrats.
It’s about something much simpler:
Are you going to be a spectator—or are you going to be a citizen?
You don’t have to agree with me on everything.
Hell, if we agreed on everything, one of us wouldn’t be necessary.
Come disagree. Come ask questions. Come tell me I’m crazy.
Just come participate.
Sunday isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting line.
This started a few months ago as an idea.
Sunday, we’re going to put some people in a room and see what that idea can become.
So I’m ready.
The Truth Party is ready.
Now all we need is you.
Sunday. August 23rd. 1:00.
Come on out. Let’s get this thing started.
