I did not spend my life preparing to become a politician.

I spent it working, building, solving problems, raising a family, surviving hardship, and watching what has happened to this country over time.

Like millions of Americans, I reached a point where I no longer recognized the system we are all expected to trust.

Both major political parties have become dependent on massive donations, wealthy interests, lobbying networks, and permanent political warfare. Ordinary citizens are left choosing between anger, fear, and disappointment.

That is not democracy.

That is dependency.

The Truth Party was created around one simple belief:

If money controls politics, the people do not.

So we decided to do something different.

I am not asking people to worship a politician.

I am asking people to help rebuild trust.
